Submit licence application forms with a receipt showing evidence of payment of the Annual Levy to Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) with the application forms provided by the Commission.
- Licences are valid for one (1) year from April 1 to March 31.
- Licences must be renewed by March 31 each year to avoid penalties.
