As outlined in Section 19 (2) of the Betting Gaming & Lotteries (2010) Amendment Act, you would be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) or, in default of payment thereof, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months.
