There is no prescribed Application form however a completed Application should contain all details of the proposed competition including the following;
- Name of the competition
- Duration of the competition
- Mechanics/Rules of the competition
- Method of selecting winner/s
- Date of selection of winner/s
- Method of notifying winner/s
- Promotional materials to be used to advertise the promotion
- Details of prize/s
- Claiming period
- Fees
- Submission and approval of application
