In order to know if a Prize Promotion Competition is approved by the Betting, Gaming & Lotteries Commission, all promoters must ensure that the application to conduct such an event meets the required rules of the Commission.Once all the requirements have been met a letter of Approval and Authorization will be issued to the promoter.

As it relates to the public, the promoter is required to state that the promotion is “Authorized under section 58(3) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act”.
